Excellent product. I used to mess around with a thermometer in the grill compartment of my cooker with the grill on very low to maintain 45C. I had to cover the yogurt pot with silver foil to protect it from the direct heat, monitor the temperarture until steady and then leave overnight. I couldn't get the oven to adjust to the right temperature. Now it takes minutes with a litre of UHT milk, some starter from the previous batch and boiling water for the outer compartment. It turns out perfect every time, better than before. All the care taken to keep the temperature steady was obviously a waste of time! I do add 50g powdered milk per litre for a thicker yogurt. .
