I had an iPhone 3GS for 4 months. During those 4 months, I had to get it replaced 3 times due to it constantly breaking. For that reason only, I really wouldn't recommend this phone.

The Good Things - It has good sound quality. The picture quality is okay. The camera is extremely good. I would have never thought it only had a 3MP camera. You can download lots of apps from the app store. It has built in Wi-Fi. It has lots of memory. The touch screen is very responsive. It is quite thin. It is good looking. It feels very comfortable in your hand. The quality of calls is very good. It is very easy to use.

The Bad Things - It scratches very easily. Mine had to be replaced 3 times in 4 months. The screen only works with your finger tips (not nails). The battery life is quite poor. The keyboard is quite small. The screen gets dirty easily. It doesn't offer a lot of features.

Overall I would say that you should save your money and buy something else. I had to take several trips to Lakeside to the Apple Store to get it fixed or replaced. In the end, I just couldn't be asked with it all and bought a new phone straight away.
