I remember just 4 or so years ago when the apple iphone first came out and i'll be totally honest i hated the idea but when last year came and i desperately needed a new phone i decided to get a iphone 4 and never looked back. From its incredible processing speed to its clear and crisp retina to the monster that the itunes store has become it can do almost anything the basic iphone when you get it isn't really that impressive lets be honest you can take pictures with its mp camera,make phonecalls and a few other services. But then you first sync it to the itunes store and your laughing once you get ios5 you get access to icloud (a virtual storage system that lets you access your data anywhere in the world from any apple device),you get newstand so you can subscribe to your favorite mags and papers on your iphone there are literally dozens of features on the ios5. Of course the real beauty of the iphone is the apps there is literally a app for everything from reading pdfs to playing games to giving you random facts it is so vast you'll never be bored.
Of course there is a compromise to all this goodness and that is the screen i have first hand experience that the screen is very easily cracked so a protective cover is essential.
