I have owned iphones since day one and was happy with all the phones I have had and was really unsure that I needed the iphone 4 as I was very unsure about the shape. When I first received the phone I found it hard to hold and it it did slip through my fingers and hit the deck a couple of times! Like with all iphones I have found them so user friendly. The only problems I have had have been that sometimes if you end a call early it can lock up and I once had to wait until the battery died for it to unlock itself when I went to charge it back up. The other thing I hate are the ringtones but this is just a matter of opinion and when you work with three people who all have the same telephone and who all have the same tone for messages you never know whose phoning is actually going off! I love the apps and can spend hours going through. Also never seem to loose signal when on internet.
