Apple iPhone 4S 16 GB
Advantages: Fantastic phone
Disadvantages: Low battery life
I couldn't praise this phone enough. About one month ago I decided that I was no longer happy with my blackberry and decided that it was about time that I changed handsets, and that getting a contract would also be the correct way to go. Two days after making the decision, I'd bought an iPhone!
I couldn't be happier, and I'd certainly never go back to any other handset.
My favourite elements of the phone are:
Email - so easy to keep up to date with events and displays the entire message including images,
Siri - a great feature that is slightly overratted but has come in handy and is a great laugh at parties,
Channel 4 app - being able to keep up to date with news across the world with my favourite news channel is so easy with this app,
Temple run - a game that everyone should download,
Various Photo apps - I enjoy photography as a hobby and having the availability to carry different effects and lenses in my pocket is fantastic when various oppportunities arrise.
for MAC users there are many other features that allow the phone to sync with other apple products, however I don't have a mac, therefore my knowledge of those features are limited.
But for anyone considering buying one, I would suggest going with t-mobile who offer the phone at a £99 handset price, but the contract includes 2000 minutes, unlimited texts, and unlimited Internet (with no cap). For me it was important to have unlimited access to the Internet, and the 'full monty' offer from t-mobile is just perfect. The deal however is for 24 months at £36 but is the best offer currently going. On the other hand when the iPhone 5 is released this could all change.
Summary: Does everything, but make tea
