I recently bought the iPhone 4S 32GB in black, and it is definitely the best phone I've had so far. It's my first iPhone, so I can't compare it to previous models, but compared to my old smartphone (an LG optimus), it is much quicker, easier to use, and has way more features. If you're changing from anything but an iPhone 4, you do need to get a new micro sim, but it's easy to switch - I just went into my local o2 store and they set it up for me straight away, including changing my contacts over. The phone itself is easy to set up initially, it walks you through connecting to wireless etc. Again, email is easy to set up, and you can link it to multiple accounts so you get all your email in one place. You can also link to your calendar, e.g. in outlook, so when you change something on your phone or in outlook, it automatically updates the other which is great! The camera is another good feature, at 8MP it takes good quality photos for a phone. I have to say, I don't use the Siri feature very much, but having played around with it, it has an impressive ability to understand what you're asking it to do!
