INTRODUCTION
You will not have missed all the hype about the launch of this mobile phone, and yes, I admit, I was caught up in it and went out and purchased this phone even after only having the previous model for one year. The phone beats the previous model to the ground in many areas, and I really enjoy using it.

DESIGN AND DISPLAY
The 4S was a thin phone, but this is a thinner phone! You will notice how slim and lightweight the phone is. The phone has new speakers which provide an excellent sound quality and there is also the new lightening connector port, which allows fast charging and is reversible, meaning in the middle of the night you do not have to determine which way up to put it in. The headphone jack is now at the bottom, which for me is a disadvantage as it is harder to access, especially if you house the phone in a pouch, like me.
The new 4 inch display is fantastic, for those apple apps, and developed apps that have been updated to the full size. Older apps will be letterboxed, meaning they will not use the full length of the screen.
The back of the phone is now an aluminium back, which feels fantastic, however I think I prefer the all glass like in the previous few models.

FEATURES
The camera is fantastic, especially with the new panorama mode, which is really easy to use and your photos are stitched together quickly. The shutter speed is now 40% quicker, which means you can take photos, practically without stopping!
The music player is also fantastic, and the songs are really easily to flick through. The new display makes web browsing even better, as in many cases, you can see a lot more of the page without scrolling.

IOS6, IS IT NOT THE SAME ON THE 4S?
Along with the poor battery life (however it charges fast), this is my biggest disadvantage, design aside, the phone is very similar to the iPhone 4s when updated to the latest operating system.
To be honest, I would only recommend upgrading to this phone if you have the 4 or earlier, or of couse a different phone!
However, a lot of the similar features like videos, passbook and siri look better on the larger screen.

PRICE AND SUMMARY
As far as iPhones go, this one is priced similarly to previous models. Undeniably they are expensive phones, but I believe when you factor in that they are a camera, web browser and iPod all in one, it makes the price seem a lot better.
But it is clear, this phone is brilliant and has so many future-proof features!
