Advantages: Great internet and usability

I've had this phone for about 3 months. It's the first blackberry I've owned and I wouldn't go back to my old phone now (a Samsung).

The good points: great internet connection in most places (95% of the time, I'd say). The calendar is really easy to use and great for reminding you of those little things. This is the first phone where I've actually bothered to use this function, and I think this is primarily down to how easy it is to use. The qwerty keyboard is great as opposed to regular mobile phone typing set-ups. It took me a while at first to get used to it, particularly the punctuation side of thing. Once you've got the hang of it, it's really not an issue at all.

The phone comes with a USB charger, which is great for the office. There's no need to take your charger to work with you, which is sometimes a pain. This has happened to me before, and I think the USB charger is a briliant solution to this problem.

The bad points: the phone is sometimes quite slow. Mine has frozen on 2 or 3 occassions at pretty important times (once in a meeting when I needed to access quite an important number). There's a little egg time that comes up on the screen and refuses to budge. This is frustrating. I've had to reset the phone a couple of times by taking the back off and removing the battery.

A minor bad point: the lack of games! If you want a phone with a good selection of games on it without having to download/pay for them, then this phone could be a problem. It has 1 proper game. If you spend long amounts of time on trains and planes (like I do), then you'll get bored quickly!

Summary: Overall a good phone
