I got this phone for my daughter as she was moaning about how much she hated her previous phone. Since I have gotten her this one she is so much happier and is always using it.

The battery life can be bad, but if it is subjected to heavy use, then you cannot expect the battery to last very long. From Blackberry Messenger to Browsing the web there is very little room to show fault with this phone, it quality material, a nice keyboard.

Really, the only fault we have noticed in the time having a Blackberry is that, when you turn it off, it doesn't really turn off, it like goes in to a hibernation mode and wakes at the press of any button, it can be complicated to turn the phone off fully, but if you successfully manage to do this your in luck. You have to wait around a half hour waiting for the phone to fully boot up.

When you hear people moan about their Blackberry, being slow at turning on, BlackBerry Messenger not working, contacts deleting, then they are obviously making a mistake somewhere or doing something wrong, as we have never experienced anything like this.
