I have had this phone for over 2 years now and i have had nothing but problems with it. I had only had this phone for just over a week when i had to take it back because the rollerball had packed in on the keypad, so i took it back to the carphone warehouse and explained the problem i had been having with the rollerball and they said they would send it off to be repaired. 3 weeks later! i received a brand new phone, same colour, same model SAME PROBLEM!. To cut a long story short i now have a phone with a working rollerball (touchwood) which i havent had anymore problems with, however it now freezes everytime i switch it on. I dont know if other models of Blackberry are as unreliable but id definately steer clear of this model because its nothing but heartache and trouble :)
