After using this phone for a while I found out what a good phone it really was. The keypad is very easy to type on and the touch pad in the middle is very responsive.

The speakers are very loud and they can play music loud with ease and with a decent quality to it as well. There is a headphone jack 3.5mm for all headphone types.

They have Blackberry app world which is such a good feature to have as it is packed with different apps that are all useful.

The main thing that sells the blackberry is the blackberry messenger where you can talk to anyone else with a blackberry by just getting their blackberry pin or by scanning their barcode. This is a free feature it also uses very little internet.

When installing the Blackberry software on your computer it's really easy and then all you do is plug in your phone and it will update everything that has an update.

The call quality is average when speaking into the speaker and when listing to someone in calls can be fuzzy at times.

If the touch pad goes a bit funny and starts going up when going down and that same the other way then you might need to get a new phone or have it repaired. Only bad point about a Blackberry but may not happen to you it never happened to mine just i know most people break beacuse of the touch pad.

Other than that there is nothing bad about a blackberry they are cheap, have so many colours to pick from not just black, last forever on battery, it has a keyboard and touch pad, blackberry app world and most of all blackberry messenger.

If you want a Blackberry this is the basic model and the cheapest decent one on the market and does a great job with everything.
