Advantages: So many useful features

Disadvantages: Not a great battery life

I've had my Blackberry Curve 8900 for about 4 months now and I'm still discovering new things it can do every day.
I know it's cliche and everyone says it, but once you get a Blackberry, it really is hard to imagine life without it!

The best thing about it for me is the fact that you are in touch with everyone and everything 24 hours of the day. When I wake up in the morning I'm reminded whose birthday it is, what I've got to do today and I can instantly read all my new emails without having to get to a computer.

There are so many useful features on this phone - it's great on long journeys to be able to log on to Windows Live Messenger and keep up with your friends in real time for free. Having the Facebook application installed allows to me to use the main features of the site wherever I am. The web browser comes in useful when I'm out and want to bid on something on eBay!
The camera takes good pictures and there is a lot of space to store music files and such like. The music player is something I use quite a lot as I can upload a selection of my iPod onto it to avoid taking that out with me as well.
The feature I find the most useful is probably the calendar. It really is like a virtual diary as you can plan in what you have to do every hour of the day and you will be reminded when the appointment approaches.

Obviously I'm talking about the benefits of this phone for personal use - I am sure that when used for business purposes it has even more.

The one downside to this phone is the short battery life. If it is used a fair amount during the day (e.g. using the internet, playing music etc) it needs charging every night. If it's only used for making calls and sending messages then it needs charging roughly every 2 days.

This is a great phone and I would recommend it to anyone.

Summary: Couldn't live without it!
