Advantages: Lots of features - phone, email, GPS, camera, MS applications, reliable so far, easy to set up
Disadvantages: Short battery life
This is the PDA that does everything. It is easy to set up and use.
The phone in it has good sound quality, and connects to a bluetooth headset. The phone can be turned off at the touch of a button, so you can use the iPaq without being bothered by calls, and you can send texts at the same time as you are on the phone.
You may have to get your phone provider to update your SIM card to be able to send emails - I did.
It has a camera in it, with a light, and the picture quality is good.
It has GPS, but the setup can be a bit fiddly as you have to download maps. One map of a city is included (you can pick which one) but you have to buy any extras.
It runs on Microsoft Mobile 5, so it includes all the standard MS applications - Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.
The new version has a white light behind the keyboard, which is a big improvement on the blue light in the previous version.
Summary: If you want one PDA that does everything, this is the one.
