This was my first smart phone and I opted for this one after people mentioned to me that it was a great alternative to an iphone. I was really pleased with it, it's easy to use and easy to set up and configure with gmail etc. I use many of the features, such as the calendar, camera, calculator and have spent many hours on the games and puzzles. A couple of downsides are that it sometimes selects the key next to the key you would like. There is no camera flash but I love how you can send photos by text or to your email instantly. I'm not great at clearing out my text inbox and it's pretty full which I didn't think would cause any issues but it does cause the messages section to run quite slowly and it crashes when I try and delete a folder. The phone should also update automatically but I have had to force an update. Overall a great phone and I'm sure the newer HTC phones will be improved in these areas and I would definitely get another one.
