Good, but not the best for the price

Advantages: Looks nice, brilliant screen, decent camera, comfortable to hold.
Disadvantages: Wifi connectivity is awful, lack of ROM, crashes a little too frequently
Firstly, the screen on this phone is superb, much better than typical LCD displays found on many other phones, including the iphone. It is also very nice looking and comfortable to hold but without a case will get scratched easily and isn't comfortable to hold next to your ear for long periods of time, but if you don't make super-long phone calls this shouldn't be too much of a problem.
It runs most of the apps in the android market fine, but a word of warning, some apps such as BBC iPlayer and Firefox won't run as they require the newest version of mobile flash, which the legend won't run. It does also have the tendency to crash occasionally, especially on google maps app, which I suspect is due to lack of sufficient RAM.
It takes pretty decent photos, certainly not professional quality but great for taking a few quick snaps.
Lack of ROM (i.e.: storage space for apps etc) is the most annoying thing about this phone, yes you can move most apps to the SD card but the ones that you can't quickly fill up the available space, especially with all the annoying system apps that you can't uninstall.
The wifi on this phone is awful, so don't get it if you use wifi hotspots a lot, the wifi mangement system is buried away in the settings menu, and you have to be pretty close to the router of access point for it to connect, for example I have the router downstairs and in the bedroom at the back of the house, the phone refuses to find the hotspot, despite my laptop and ipod touch etc not having a problem.
That said, all in all not a bad phone but quite expensive given the caveats noted above.
Summary: Not a bad smartphone, just a little expensive for what you get.
