      Very helpful

Perfect for business users and high end home users alike

In one word "Fantastic" (if and only if you enjoy fiddling)

It has pretty much every feature you can imagine, Bluetooth, GPS, WiFi, mini SD etc etc and it really does all work together as a great device.

The handset is very well made and although it is of all plastic construction it is very sturdy and fairs very well with age. The touchscreen however seems that it could be easy to scratch and you would be well advised to fit a screen protector as soon as is possible.

There is one socket on the bottom of the handset which allows for charging, connecting to a computer to sync and for things such as handsfree headsets and headphones. This isn't as complicated as it sounds and they have made the port in such a way that you can charge and sync using any standard USB cable.

HTC have chosen to run Windows Mobile on a lot of their phones and this is no exception, as standard it is shipped with Windows Mobile 5 but can be upgraded with an official version 6 or even further to 6.5.3 with custom made operating systems.

Windows Mobile in any version can be a complicated affair to use and unfortunately is not always "finger friendly" forcing the use of the included stylus, an example of use would be changing a ringtone "Click the start menu, choose settings, choose sounds and notifications, choose incoming call in a drop down box, choose the required ringtone in another drop down box and finally click OK" none of the buttons in doing that are "finger Friendly".

There are ways to make it more user friendly that involve installing 3rd party applications and believe me there are thousands of them, anything from PDF viewers to games, from HTML editors to GPS navigation packages. Pretty much anything you want to do out and about can be done in Windows Mobile.

The specifications on this handset are more than adequate, it ships with 64MB of RAM, 128MB ROM a 400MHz processor and your can insert a Mini SD card (it is SDHC compliant with patches) to increase the storage space.
Bluetooth can be used in the normal way for transferring files from phone to phone, headsets including stereo headsets but can also be used to sync your data to your PC.
WiFi can be used to connect to your home network or a "hot spot" allowing you to conserve your network data allowance.

The phone includes a HSDPA modem so the data side can operate at broadband speeds allowing for a really good experience out and about, keeping up with Facebook, eBay, Google Maps and so on is a nice experience rather than painful as can be on some handsets, oh the HSDPA modem can be shared with your PC/laptop as well so you get broadband speeds without having to buy a broadband USB dongle.

The camera is a basic 2megapixel affair without flash but can take adequate photographs if it is light enough and to top it all off, the phone is 3G so allows for video calls using the front facing second camera.

All in all there really isn't much this phone can't do.
