I bought this phone after hearing good reviews from a friend. I upgraded my handset from a blackberry which I had been having so much trouble with, so I thought i'd go with the iphone to see what all the fuss was about. As soon as i'd had the phone for one night I loved it!!
Pros:
It is a very stylish phone and there are a lot of accessories available in order to customize it. I bought a pink silicone case for mine.

The thing I like the most is the variety of apps it lets you download. I am never bored whilst i've got this phone with me, the apps I use the most tend to be facebook, twitter, ebay and a few games (angry birds / fall down being the most addictive)...I hardly feel the need to use my laptop because I am able to do everything on this phone.

I also love the phone because of it's ipod feature (as with all apple phones) so I was able to transfer all my music on to the phone and to sell my ipod (wheey).

It is extremely easy to navigate around the different functions of the phone, the touch screen is very simple to use. I must admit though, using the key pad took a bit of getting used to (I have small thin fingers too, I don't think I could use it if they were any bigger lol).

The messages screen makes it very easy when sending a txt because it shows you the previous conversation you have had with each relevant person... great for referring back to.

I have had no technical problems with the phone as of yet, which I am very pleased about.

Cons:
The main issue I have with this phone is that the camera does not have a flash, I think this makes it quite outdated in the smartphone world, as the majority of new phones have this feature. In addition, the battery life is not good at all, I have to charge my phone every night (I do use the phone ALOT but surely this should be taken into consideration and hence last longer than one day).

Overall, great multifunctional phone with everything you need... except a flash camera.
