I was due to get a new phone after my Blackberry started playing up and I quite fancied the idea of getting an android this time round. I rang my phone provider and they recommended LG Optimus 3D, as one of the first 3D phones on the market. So forgetting that this person probably knew nothing about phones and was just trying to make a sale, I decided to get this on a 2 year contract. Nine months into my contract and the novelty of having a 3D phone has worn off, infact, the novelty of having a 3D phone wore off within the first month.
When I got the phone I made sure to give it a good charge for just over a day, thinking the battery would last well. I now have to charge my phone a couple of times a day, the battery life is rubbish and I only use it to check messages and emails. I very rarely play games or use apps on it and as for the 3D, I haven't used it for months. The thing I like about it is the size of the screen 4.3", so it means I don't have to strain my eyes. It is also an easy phone to get the hang of and I was soon navigating around the menus like a pro. I am now counting down the months until I can upgrade my contract and this time I will think carefully before choosing a replacement.
This is a relatively new phone to our household around 3 months old. We didn't pay the full price as the phone was processed as s part exchange upgrade. It is presented in a lovely velvety feel box, which contained all the usual accessories such as, the charger, headphones and usb cable.
It is an android phone 2.2, its one of the first 3d phones on the market. It has dual core technology. Its a slim phone with a 4 and a half inch screen. It has all the standard functions of an android phone with easy to navigate menus. The sensitivity on the touch screen is excellent. Its very quick at loading games due to the duel core. The 3d technology is amazing but it takes a while and a bit of practice to focus initially. This phone has so many advanced features you could literally read the technical data for a good few hours. Good site to look at is www.lg .com - my husband watched a lot of video footage before choosing this product
Great phone we all love looking at our family photos and videos in 3D.
