This mobile phone was sold to me as 'one step down from an expensive smart phone'. While this may be the case it could also be looked at as 'one step up from a basic mobile phone'. I haven't found many features that I haven't had on older Nokia mobile phones. The internet access is slow, camera is poor and the apps seem to lack features (e.g. Facebook is like a stripped down app where you can't tag, check in etc...). The keypad does feature a full qwerty keyboard, however unless you have very small fingers you will struggle to hit the right keys (even after a years practice). The battery life is very good and the mobile phone only needs charging 1-2 times per week. Overall I have found this to be a disappointing mobile phone and I should have coughed up the extra cash to get a smart phone.
