Not the best Nokia in the world
Member Name: ianjgough
Advantages: Big touch screen, battery,wi-fi
Disadvantages: Small buttons on keyboard, slide to lock, Freezes
Having had this phone for nearly 2 years while it's still going strong and is pretty robust it has too many temper tantrums for me to recommended it or want to keep hold of it when mine is up for renewal.
Very good sized clear bright screen and touch works very well except does have issues with the slide to lock feature. Usually i have to use the lock button on the side of phone to lock/unlock.
Have not really used the front camera a lot but the back camera for me works very good taking pretty good pictures and at 5 mega pixels so it should. Lots of options to edit your photos with effects, turn flash on/off even includes self timer. Just hold the button on side of the phone to activate the camera and press to shoot includes zoom which is great for such a small camera.
I got a keyboard as thought i'd hate the touch screen but the buttons on this keyboard are too small I think it should of come with a stylus as for me the keyboard is useless without one. I don't have extra large fingers but have a job typing without a pen even with my little finger so i think the built in qwerty keyboard was a selling point only.
I charge my phone every night and have never had an issue with the battery although as you'd expect too much time talking texting or playing games and your need to recharge early.
Very good charger with slim chance of braking it as this one uses a female end.
Great where ever you go you can easily search for wi-fi and it saves locations so next time your in a place you have used before you can just connect.
Some bugs to work out here like i have scheduled my email cient to check my email from 9am-9pm but it alerts me when ever it wants whatever time it is.
Sometimes the phone wont unlock even with the switch on the side of the phone so your forced to take the battery out to reset it.
Whilst taliking on the phone it's too easy to accidentaly put someone on hold or mute this needs a "are you sure" function built in to rectify the problem.
You can customise what is shown on the front of the screen so for me i have emails in 1 block, calendar in another and my 4 most used applications in another, option to have your photos rotate in a slideshow as your wallpaper, multiple timers and reasonably good calendar with reminders although i do miss the old feature where you set a birthday for example and it will put it in the calendar every year indefinitely..
So there is a lot you can do with this phone even get it to say the callers name when they ring or read you a text message!
Quite bulky heavy phone with too many reliability issues for me to recommend this.
Would i buy it again? No
Summary: Too many things crammed into a phone which needed more testing.
