Advantages: sleek design, full keyboard
Disadvantages: tiny buttons, slippery
Nokia's E71 was one of the first qwerty keyboard phones that Nokia released. I bought mine as an upgrade with my phone network provider. I was quite keen on getting a blackberry qwerty phone but then it was very expensive and the E71 was the one which was cheaper.
-Full qwerty keyboard
-One touch keys for address book, calendar, home and messaging
-2.4" screen size with TFt display
-3.2 megapixel camera with digital zoom and Autofocus
- Apart from its 110mb internal memory, it has a microSD memory card slot, which can take upto 8 Gb
- Ovi Maps for GPS and navigation
-Nice metal case, which makes it very to clean and hardly gets the finger spotmarks
Although it has a full keyboard the buttons are tiny and difficult to press them- you tend to type or press two adjacent buttons together.
The default font is very small for the screen. when the font is enlarged you need to keep scrolling many times to complete reading the message.
The metal case makes it quite slippery. And it is thin just 10mm, so easily slips out.
Most of the other features are good and as usual the phone working mechanism is easy. i hate the Siemens and Sony Ericsson phones.
Although i admit it has some drawbacks, it is a good business phone. My husband uses this and loves it. Might be you just need to get used to the keyboard and then you will feel quite comfortable.
Summary: Just get used to the phone and you might like it
