Advantages: 5MP Camera, LED Flash, 800MHz Processor, 3.5mm Jack, PRICE!

Disadvantages: Low Screen Res, ArmV6, Measly internal storage

The Samsung Galaxy Ace has been around a while now, and still remains competitive in that seemingly overcrowded smartphone market. With a price tag of around £150, are you going to skimp on features, alongside price?
Well, initially with a 5MP camera, LED Flash and an 800MHz processor it seems be returning a decent bang for your buck but do not be fooled! It lacks in screen resolution, with a measly 320x480 pixels so there definitely isn't any competition with the Retina and AmoLED of the current high end smartphones. Equally, the ArmV6 processor begins to frustrate you after a while as this means no Flash player, no temple run, no BBC iPlayer etc. Finally, there is a tiny 278MB of internal storage: where all the apps seem to save themselves. Given two months, you'll be screaming at your phone to stop telling you 'low disk space' even when you'd purchased a 16GB MicroSD card.
Despite these negatives, as a low end budget smartphone which feels relatively robust and sturdy, £150 is well worth it. If you're looking for a phone to allow calls/texts/twitter/facebook and some basic apps, then I say BUY IT!

Summary: A decent, low end budget Android smartphone, with a price to match.
