I've been using this phone for about 3 months.
This is my work phone, so i didn't pay for it myself. However, it retails on Amazon for about £200, so i guess that is a good guide.
Samsung is generally a good quality name, and that is true here. It is lightweight, attractive in black with red lettering on the letters.
One thing i have noticed about this phone is that it holds its charge really well. I can have it on all week and not need to recharge until the weekend, which i think is excellent.
You can make calls, send texts, take photos and videos, access the internet, emails, games, calculator and loads more. Apparently you can use it as Sat Nav, but i've not tried this feature yet.
The startup screen is easy, you just hit 'start' and all the options come up. It is very clear, readable, good size screen. I can get large amounts of email text and also track text messages.
The little qwerty keyboard is little! I have fairly small hands, and it took me a while to get used to having a keyboard. I kept using it like a text on a normal phone and coming up with strange messages. I've stopped doing that now i'm used to it. For anyone with big fingers, try one out in a shop first, i'm just not sure how you'll cope!
I've not used a phone like this before, never had a blackberry or PDA so nothing to compare to. For someone with little technical savvy, it works for me.
