      would not recommend to anyone.

My partner ordered this phone as an upgrade on his contract, he threatened to leave 3 network so they offered this phone on a 12 month contract! All I can say is they obviously must have done it to get rid of the phone as it is possible one of the worst phones we have ever used!

First impressions were good, the screen is a good size, very slim design and looks great! The first problem we encountered was sending a text message, the text was written out and when we went to contacts there was nothing there to pick which we thought was strange as we had only entered the contacts in just before, so we checked the contacts and they were there! after some time we discovered that when you create a contact there is a field further down for mobile numbers which you can not see unless you scroll down and unless the number is entered in that field it will not let you select that number to send a text!

After the first day there was just continious problems, the screen would freeze, when trying to write a message the touch screen was not very good at recognising what letters you have pressed you have to constantly delete and try again! When you unlock the phone you have to press the padlock and drag it which doesn't always work! you can download apps like the iphone which is probably the only advantage on the phone! everything just seems to be more complicated than it needs to be!

The battery power is absolutley shocking, every night we are having to re charge it even if we have hardly used it that day!!

We have stuggled to find this phone advertised with other networks which might be because they are relucatant to sell it as it is so bad!

I think Samsung have tried to bring out their version of the Iphone but have failed, would not recommend this phone to anyone and are quite releaved we have only got it on a 12 month contract!
