Advantages: Crisp quality HD video and 8 MP camera - Amazing AMOLED screen

Disadvantages: Screen scratches fairly easily - Orange firmware

I was struggling to find a new phone when I stumbled across the Samsung i8910 HD. I was hooked on it instantly.

The phone has a very large AMOLED screen which is incredibly bright and colourful. Easily the best screen I have ever set eyes on. The only let down to the screen is that it scratches easily unlike the iPhone's which is seemingly impossible to scratch.

The camera has a fast start-up time and response and the pictures are very high quality. The video quality (being 720p HD) is far superior to any phone I have owned or used, even better than my standalone digital camera.

I can't fault the design of the phone as it is beautiful to look at and fits nicely in my pocket despite its large appearances. The only let down with this phone for me is the Orange firmware that came bundles with it. The altered firmware seems hell-bent on crippling the best features of the phone for no real reason. I would suggest buying the phone sim-free to avoid this.
