Samsung GT i9000 Galaxy S
Advantages: great applications and it works quick and is easy to use
Disadvantages: The only negative is the battery life
The Samsung Galaxy S I comes in the colours black and white. With the phone comes the charger, battery, headphone and a manual. The phone has a super 4 inch Amoled screen which is known from the bright colours and sharpness. With the black version of the phone the entire phone is in black but with the white version is only the back in white. At the side it has a silver colours and the front of the phone is black. It looks very sleek and stylish. On the right side are the volume control buttons and on the top of the phone is the on/off switch. On the bottom the phone has the headphones and USB port.
What really impressed me was the size of the screen. It's a very bright and large screen and almost covers the entire front of the phone. The touch screen is very responsive. In order to unlock the phone you need to swipe your finger over the screen. You can set a certain pattern to secure your phone. The phone will lock itself after it hasn't been used in 10 seconds or more. You can adjust the time at the settings.
Using the internet is very easy through the already installed internet application. The Internet works fast and you can save your favourite website. Zooming in and out is very handy so you can easily read any articles. With the Android market you can download thousands of free applications and games like Facebook, Twitter and Youtube. You also have applications were you need to pay for but almost 70% is free to download.
The phone has a 16 GB internal memory and with a micro SD card you can add more memory. I use the music player quiet a lot on this phone and have about a thousand songs saved on my Micro SD card. With ease I created play lists on my phone so I have my music perfectly organised.
It took me about a day or maybe even just a few hours to figure all the options out of this phone. It's very easy in use. The only negative is the battery life. You are lucky if it will last 24 hours but this is a common problem with most smart phones. When you turn off the Internet connection and Wi-Fi you can easily last up to two days. For me it's a perfect phone. With great applications and it works quick and is easy to use.
