The Sony Xperia V smartphone is a good phone, offering some nice features. The screen is clear and responsive running with a decent resolution. This resolution is in full HD giving the user a good overall display although phones are already beginning to move onto 2k resolution it really is a let down but it does the job. Sony have given this phone Qualcomm MSM8960 Snapdragon chipset which is coupled with 1Gb of ram which gives this phone a good performance when carrying out normal tasks but when the phone is running multiple apps it may begin to lag. The camera is good offering 13MP which is above average and offers some good features with it. The design and build quality is good offering something everyone will like even though the screen is only 4.3inches which is disappointing for this phone. The battery on the HTC one mini will last you up to 400 hours on standby or around 7 hours of talk time which is quite poor compared to phones like the Nokia lumia 1020 and even the HTC one mini but this is on 3G so if you use 2G or 4G this will vary accordingly but not that much. This phone has a micro sd slot, which means you have the ability to expand your storage capabilities from the base 8Gb a compliment that with a 32Gb SD card. This should be more than enough for nominal use. It's OS is Android which in my opinion is very good but this can only upgrade to 4.3 and not the latest 4.4. All in all a decent phone offering some nice features.
