I visited a family run bargain shop last week and spotted Ainsley Harriott's cereal bars and picked up a box of the Apricot & Honey and the Fruit & Nut to try them. Today I will review the Apricot & Honey. A box of 6 35g bars cost me just 99p which added to the lure! I did not look at the back of the box until after I tried the bars, which is a very bad habit of mine. Each bar contains 144 calories, which is phenomenal, particularly when it is hard to stop ate just one bar!
