Perfect if taking in a huge amount of calories does not affect your figure!!

I visited a family run bargain shop last week and spotted Ainsley Harriott's cereal bars and picked up a box of the Apricot & Honey and the Fruit & Nut to try them. Today I will review the Apricot & Honey. A box of 6 35g bars cost me just 99p which added to the lure! I did not look at the back of the box until after I tried the bars, which is a very bad habit of mine. Each bar contains 144 calories, which is phenomenal, particularly when it is hard to stop ate just one bar! With a combination of oats, branflakes, apricots and honey topped with smooth belgian milk chocolate I really expected these bars to be absolutely amazing. They were very nice indeed and well worth the tiny price tag, they just were not stunning enough to justify the calories. The apricot is a prominant flavour once you get past the delicious chocolate top. They are quite sweet with the honey coming through. Other flavours in the range are: Fruit & Nut Chocolate Heaven Caramel Delight Luxury Cookies I would dearly love to try the other flavours but I think I must resist because I just know that they are all going to be packed full of calories, that I just can not afford to take in! The Apricot & Honey Cereal Bars are very nice, very sweet and very high in calories. Your choice to buy or not to buy would really depend on taste versus a wobbly belly!
