The 35g bar is made from a combination of oats, branflakes, raisins and brazil nuts, all squished together and dipped (well, half coated) in belgian milk chocolate. I did not know that these bars existed until last weekend when I came across them in a bargain shop (a bit like home bargains but a family run shop). A pack of 6 Fruit and Nut Cereal Bars wre priced at just 99p so I had to snap them up. I love things like this.
