I have a family that will guzzle chocolates and biscuits until my cupboards are empty, so when i can i will endevour to find a bargain. I do my food shopping at asda and already rate a few of their smart price products especially the basics and thought that these rolls would make great snacks and lunch box fillers. At 36p of 6 rolls the packaging is basic as you would expect, with the six of them placed in a clear plastic tray in a plastic/cellophane type packaging. The packaging is clear with the green and black logo and writing you will find on all smart price procucts. Thes rolls are found in the bakery aisle among the cakes and crumpets ... These small chocolate sponged cakes are about 2 and half inches long. They have a lovely vanilla flavoured sugary cream inside which really kicks off the sweet taste of the roll. The chocolate sponge was also nice and moist and didn't taste dry. I personally found the chocolate sponge not to be as full of flavour as I would have expected ... Read the complete review
