Due to financial difficulties in recent months i have been forced to watch the pennies even more so than before, i have always liked a good bargain and in my opinion Asda smart priced as always proved this and always purchase this brand where ever possible as they offer the best value for money without compromising on the taste, this has proved no exception with the smart price custard creams. I have tried most of the makers of biscuits but find that they all taste the same despite the difference in the prices; I will from now on be purchasing these ones as i now believe with the other brands you are paying for the label, instead of the biscuit itself. The packaging is somewhat basic and plain which is probably one of the reasons they can sell them for a lot less than the other brands as you don't purchase an item to look at the packaging do you.
However in my opinion I find that these biscuits are best experienced dunked in a cup of tea however this causes another dilemma as they can prove hard to resist another and can with the help of my 2 children and husband devour a pack in no time what so ever.
I would recommend these biscuits any custard cream lover who likes a nice biscuits that dunks well.
