If you're looking for a cheap alternative to Weetabix you could always try these, or you could save yourself the trouble of being sick and instead eat some plastic. Quite frankly the later of which sounds much nicer. The box is made from thin card and so it can be recycled and easily opened. The bisks themselves have to be binned when you realise they are disgusting, so sadly a lot of waste can be generated from this product. These taste like wood. Just bog standard tree bark really, they're dry, bitter and it's not like they have a faint taste either, they really do have quite a strong wood like taste. Just lately I have not been one bit well. I suffer with M.E, Hyperthyroidism, Bulimia, Epilepsy, Coxydiania an am being investigated for Fibreneuralgia as well. Add to that I've have a blasted cold, ear infection in both ears, had a load of blood tests and am lacking in Iron and Potassium! It's a double edged sword though when your ill. You should eat better, however because of my chronic fatigue when I did manage to quickly nip in a shop I picked up ready meals for my microwave opposed to things I needed to cook and getting fruit and vegetables which is subsequently why my Iron and vitamins and minerals went mad anyway! Many people will tell you that I am a self confessed bargain whore, with me actually getting excited when I find one when shopping. After buying the better branded version of the product I will now review for some time, I decided that the cheaper own branded version couldn't be much different, hence this review! The product I will now review is - "Asda - wheat bisks".
