I bought some of these for Pancake Day but because my husband hasn't been well we didn't get to try them out until last night. These are frozen pancakes from Aunt Bessie's and are the easy way out of actually making pancakes from scratch. There are 6 in a pack and I'd say that 3 or 4 should be enough for 1 person depending on how hungry you are. They only cost £1 for a pack of these which is excellent value. They are so easy to do they just need to be heated either in a saucepan or in the microwave. I choose the saucepan as I thought the turnout would be better.
