This box of selected shortbread is one of the best I have tried. As a gift we received at Christmas amongst many of the others, I found the shortbread not too hard and it soon felt creamy as I left it in my mouth for a few moments for it to melt and get the true sensation of eating shortbread. Many shortbreads take a bit of an effort to bite, but these biscuits just snap and the variety is very pleasant in this box with 5 different varieties.
