Last night I ate a whole bag of Cofresh Cashew Nuts, I don't eat them that often because they're too expensive in the shops by me but this 150g bag was only 89p and they taste brill.
There's loads of cashews in the bag and they look like any others, most of them are in halfs but there are a few full ones and they don't look bashed up or anything.
These ones are roasted and salted but they also do a balti flavoured version and I was torn between the 2, I only ended up with these ones because I fancied cashews big time and didn't want to risk not liking the balti ones. I'll deffo try them next time though.
The nuts taste proper fresh and have got a nice texture, they're firm to chew but soft at the same time if that makes sense. They've got a nice buttery texture and I'm not being like a wine buff saying that because your teeth do sink through them like butter! lol
They have got a perfect cashew nut taste and have got just the right amount of salt on them as well. Sometimes nuts are TOO salty but these are perfect and people who like salt will love the last mouth ful because that's deffo where all the salt hides! lol There's not a lot to say about the taste of cashew nuts because you either know what they taste like or you don't.... but as someone who loves them I can say they are wicked quality and taste yummy!
I have cashews mixed in salad sometimes and also my mum uses them in stir fries and stuff so I'm glad I've discovered these in the outdoor by me. The price is mega low for cashew nuts and because they taste so fresh they'll be perfect for cooking with so you want to have a hunt round and see if you can find them for yourselves.
