Ok, im sorry, but there is no nice way to put this. These rice cakes are horrible.
Now, please don't get me wrong, I'm not one of those people who has to have her food fried or dripping in fat or sugar to enjoy it.
Im actually quite a health freak and LOVE clean, fresh, healthy, organic, yummy, nutritious, wholesome foods.
As I myself suffer with a chronic condition, it is very important that I eat well and eat healthily. So let's just clear that one up.
Im not simply having a whinge about these rice cakes beacuse they aren't covered in sugar.
Im having a whinge because they are completely tasteless and nutritionally void of any goodness whatsoever.

It is like chewing on a piece of dry chipboard.

Now, they do have their plus points - they are a better snacking alternative to crisps or chocolate for those out there who are on a never ending quest to shed a few pounds or stop binging at the office desk throughout the day.

Yes, these rice cakes will not cause you to balloon in weight, that is for sure.
But, for all you dieters out there, you no longer have to suffer in silence while chomping on twenty rice cakes an hour and trying to pretend to your colleagues that you are actually really enjoying them.

There are sooooo many good food choices out there now for those who want to eat healthy. Really tasty food choices like sugar free smoothies, nut bars, endless salad choices and so on.

There is no real taste to these rice cakes and unless you smother them in something naughty then they don't provide you with an enjoyable eating experience.
Oh, sorry, they do contain some salt.....yummy.

Decide for yourselves, but these don't get my vote.

You do get a lot of cakes for your money (they are so gross, they are giving em away!) and they do come in plain or wholemeal.
Apart from that, im struggling...sorry!
