These are what I call salty sticks. I started buying them from my local Tesco store after my husband brought some and I found them quite morish. They are a legendary snack in Poland and distributed worldwide. The recipe is a traditional one which has remained unchanged throughout time.The company dates back to 1910 and salt sticks came about in the 1970's. They are just as they look really a thin bread like stick which is covered in tiny crystals of salt. Kind of like a straight pretzel. From Tesco's they cost £1.18 a pack which is 300 grams.
