This is a so called 'Superfood' that I had personally not heard of and on researching this for my Mum in particular it wasn't something I was looking for in the product, yet it was a nice bonus to find out the amazing health benefits to this seed.
This seed was recommended as something that could help bone health. My Mum takes medication for Epilepsy and would rather not have to have more tablets on tip of what she has. This is a fantastic way to include Calcium and other vital ingredients to her diet.
There is always suspicion surrounding super-foods and hype which we tend not to follow but on studying and reading a huge amount of reviews this product for us was the right one for her to start and even for myself despite being younger.
There seems to be 11 constant benefits that reappear as we read and investigate this product.

These are great with yogurts and smoothies but DO NOT swallow these whole or wash down your neck with water as these gloop very quickly. When added with yogurt they don't turn to a gel form so do find what works for you, also cereals work very well:)
