There is 13.3g of protein per pack too and they are advertised as being made with 100% chicken breast although if you read the small print it does say the pieces are made from chopped and shaped chicken breast rather than whole segments.
The chicken equals 91% of the finished product and is cooked in palm & rice bran oils then seasoned with amongst other things onion & garlic powders so give them their tasty flavour...
They could have been in contact with nuts in the factory...more

As much as I have a chocolate 'addiction' (I blame the parental genes passed down!) I am 'encouraged' to eat healthier snack too - more savoury than sweet so I don't lose all my teeth before I'm twenty! I do love chicken so these 'Fridge Raiders' little bags of Chinese Spare Rib Flavour are perfect for my many snack attacks!
