Delicious hob nobbly biccies!

Advantages: Very tasty biccies
Everyone loves a good biccie now and again with a nice hot brew so i always keep my biscuit tin well stocked with some firm favourites.
One of these is the delicious McVities Hobnob.
A very unique biccie this delicious treat is very crumbly, get a napkin if you're a lady or a gent and if not, then wolf down the biccie in two bites as the crumbs will spray everywhere!
From the taste and the crumbliness you would be forgiven for thinking this is a flattened flapjack but crispier and crunchier than a flapjack. The similarity is there because these biccies are made with 38% rolled oats, which gives a lovely crunchy and nobbly texture.
The oats are of course healthy but the butter used in the biccies makes these as unhealthy as other biccies.
They sell for around £1 mark, for a 300g pack, but i got mine on offer at two for £1. Each biscuit contains 67 calories & 3.1g of fat, but as i said about the healthy oats, all those rolled oats and wholemeal flour mean they contain 0.8g of fibre per biscuit.
I love these biccies, they taste great and have a lovely texture. They also pass the dunk test, they hold their shape well when you dunk them in hot tea, making it easy to bite into them rather than them dropping into your mug!
Delicious, healthy in one sense, and very tasty biccies. I like the fact that they have a healthy taste to them (the oats!) and the high fibre content means its doing you some good.
Other biccies don't do this so this is a great advantage to what is essentially a snack treat. Also i really like the crunchy butteryness to the taste.
I usually love choccie biccies the best but the buttery taste with these is delicious.
Delicious and healthy and good value.
