Advantages: Delicious, quite low in fat

Disadvantages: Addictive!

I discovered these delicious biscuits recently and have become very addicted to them. I even had them in glasses at my daughters first birthday party, and they were a big hit with everyone there.

Made by Kraft foods, Mikado seem to have recently sprung up on supermarket shelves and are very distinctive. They are packaged in thin blue and white cardboard boxes and are also foil wrapped for freshness.

On opening the packet I was instantly hit by the sweet smell of chocolate, and the taste did not disappoint either. There are around 30 biscuits in a packet and they are long and thin sticks, half dipped in chocolate, so your hands dont get all messy holding them.

They have a nice bite to them which means they are very more-ish and I always finish a pack as they are so delicious. For this reason I try to keep them as an occasional treat!

The best way I can describe them is like KP Choc Dips - but a hundred times better!!!

My local Sainsburys sells them in packs of three, for around £1.50.

Summary: A lovely treat
