Advantages: Good idea with the uncovered chocolate bit of stick
Disadvantages: Not enough chocolate for me
I first tried these biscuits as they were part of a food parcel that my nan had given me. Every three months or so I get a box of food and chocolate from my nan and she always seems to buy the latest products for us to try. As they were given to me, I don't know how much these are.
Now normally I love all things chocolate and had seen the adverts on television for these so when I saw them in my food parcel, I thought great - chocolate.
On actually trying them though, for me, there just isn't enough chocolate. They come in a box which has around 30 sticks in. The biscuit sticks are very thin and have been dipped in chocolate but have a little bit at one end which isn't covered in chocolate so that you can hold them without getting your fingers covered in chocolate. Now this in itself is a good idea as I normally find when eating say cadbury chocolate fingers, you always end up getting chocolate everywhere.
For me the chocolate sticks are just too thin and there isn't enough chocolate on them. Because of this the box doesn't last very long as I ate them all in one go just to try and eat enough chocolate to cure my chocolate craving.
For kids though, I can see how these would be a good product as they have a little bit of chocolate to give them a bit of sweet, but they also have the uncovered chocolate bit of stick which kids can hold onto as they eating.
In summary, these are nice but are not enough chocolate for me.
Summary: Great treat for kids
