I had heard a lot of people commenting on how brilliant these Mikado biscuits were, and when my friend bought a pack I decided to try a few. For the amount they were praised I was expecting something a little different. Something that wasn't you're everyday biscuit with a bit of chocolate drizzled on top, but that's what I got. The biscuit was fairly average, and the chocolate was nothing special either. So it is safe to say I was a little disappointed with what I found. They can be bought in white chocolate or milk chocolate, and neither of them are particularly mind blowing. They are just your typical chocolate snack, nothing different, nothing special. The only good thing about them is the advert! Who can forget the comic advert involving a packet of Mikado's, their owner, a lady who attempts to try one (despite the Mikado sticks not being worth it at all!), and a photocopier. I don't think I'd ever go to that much effort and through that much embarrassment just to get a Mikado stick, as they are completing unsatisfying!
