      Great find

I picked these up a while ago in Tesco where they cost me £1.99 for a 160g tube. I was attracted to them as they claimed to have the same big flavour as regular Pringles, just with 30% less fat. I thought that can't be bad so grabbed a tube to try. They come in a predominantly purple tube which allows you to see that they are the light version. The tube has a large Pringles logo to the top of the tube and also shows a picture of the product. There is also some green on the tube showing that they are sour cream and onion flavour. Opening the tube I was immediately hit by a subtle aroma of sour cream and onion. They smelt exactly the same as the regular Pringles do. Biting into a Pringle I immediately noticed how crunchy and crisp it was. It was wafer thin which meant the flavour was intensified. I really enjoyed the texture and felt that they were really moreish. The flavour was predominantly of onion, but this was toned down by the sour cream. They tasted exactly the same as regular Pringles. 25g contains 122 calories, 0.9g sugars, 6.2g fat (1.8g saturates) and 0.4g salt. Usually Pringles are known for being high in fat but these are not so bad and can easily be incorporated into a healthy diet. I really enjoyed these and will definitely be buying them again as I thought they tasted the exact same as Pringles so surely having less fat can only be a bonus! They are quite expensive but can often be found on half price offers. Recommended.
