Advantages: Great taste

Disadvantages: None

I have always bought pringles but had always tended to go for either BBQ of salt and vinegar but the other day I couldn't help notice that my local shop had the prawn cocktail flavour on it's shelf. I knew they made the flavour but until then I had never seen them in front of my face.

Anyway, after playing about with the idea, seeing that they were on offer for £1, I couldn't resist taking them to the till and parting with my cash.

Upon getting them home, like usual I opened them to sneak a few crisps before starting to make dinner, something I later wish I had not done. I do like prawn cocktail flavour crisps but have always found that are makes tend to be a bit lacking, these however were the total opposite. They were packed full of flavour, so much so that the whole once you pop you just can't stop phrase came into effect. I a few minutes of continuous munching I found that I had ploughed through half the tin, my stomach was aching and I was certainly not in the mood for dinner anymore.
What I have to say is that I loved them, more so than my usual preferences, and now I have a few boxes in the cupboard ready for any occassion.
The actual flavour of the crisp is what I would compare with to walkers. It has similar properties but with a more distint flavour, but not fishy, no where near fishy. It just has more depth to the taste. Adding the fact that the flavour is yummy with the fact that pringle crisps themselves are delicious (less greasy than certain alternatives) is what will make me continue to go back for more in the future.

Whether these are on offer or not I think I will still buy them, but obviously the more often on offer the better!
On average you get about 90 crisps to a tin and you can pick these up for between 74p and £2 depending on where you buy them from and when.

Summary: Prawn cocktail crisps.
