As some of you may know I'm recovering from an eating disorder so I'm on the hunt for snacks that aren't too filling, aren't unhealthy, are easy to eat and make it easier to top my calorie goal off. Things like Snack A jacks are ideal to just pop in my mouth without really knowing I'm eating them. I hadn't bought any in a while but when ... Read the complete review

I'm on a bit of a healthy eating kick at the moment, but still have cravings for something sweet. There are many different supposedly healthier sweet snacks by many different manufacturers, some are good some are bad, but are any of them healthy and tasty. Well to be honest I'm no nutrition expert and can just about work out the number ... Read the complete review

I am a bit of a food bore - or at least I try to be. I buy low fat foods and recently I have started trying to eat little or no wheat. My sweet snack of choice was always Ryvita Fruit Crunch but as they have wheat in them, I have started buying these. Caramel Snack A Jacks come in 30g bags, multi-packs of 6, or bigger 159g ... Snack a Jacks are a healthy alternative to crisps, or perhaps that should be heathier alternative. Crisps are a nice snack but often the levels of salt and fat can be off-putting so Quaker designed this series of crisp alternative for those who were being more health conscious, were dieting of just after a change. You can get ... Read the complete review

I first tried the Snack a Jack range when trying to drop a few pounds last year. My biggest problem is a craving for sweet food, especially after a meal and I found these were good in satisfying that craving without consuming a lot of calories. The product comes in 2 different forms - a multi pack of 6 smaller bags as shown in ... Read the complete review

I bought these in my local discount shop for 49p as I wanted an alternative to take to work. The packet is orange with white writing on a purple background. The bottom of the packet shows pictures of the product. The snack a jacks are described as race and corn snacks. The pack is 30g in size and a whole pack will ... Read the complete review

I started eating snack a jacks about 2 years ago when I was doing weight watchers. I wanted something that would satisfy my sweet tooth but not be high in weight watchers points. The flavour I like are the caramel, they aresweet but not sickly and are low in calories and saturated fat - I was allowed 24 weight watchers points ... Read the complete review

The Caramel Snack a Jacks in my opinion are the best flavour the brand have to offer. I don't really like rice cakes as I find them dry and tasteless, although I have no complaints about these. When on a diet it is hard to find snacks that are low in fat but that will still keep your hunger at bay, and I can honestly say that ... Read the complete review

In Boots this morning with my little girl queuing at the checkout and she decides she wants some crisps. Mmm, it's only 10am so far too early for that sort of thing, even I was going to relent and buy crisps at all. So we compromised, I wasn't really keen for a paddy attack in the queue and because it was nearly our turn to be served I ... Read the complete review

Even though my mum buys these in for her dieting snacks I love these so often sneak these out of the snack drawer, lol! I don't really care about calories but I know others do so I will just tell you they are 101 calories in a 25 gram bag and I'm reviewing the caramel variety by Quakers a these are my favourite flavour which ... ---Intro--- Having found the perfect snack in the shape of Quaker's Snack-A-Jacks Sour Cream & Chive flavoured rice and corn snacks, I was eager to try the other available flavours. Imagine my sheer delight when I found that our Tesco was selling the other flavours (they weren't before) and on offer - 2 packs of 6 bags for £3. ... Read the complete review
