Snack-a-Jacks

Snack-a Jacks for me are a lower fat healthier alternative to crisps.
They are available in small bite sized pieces that are in individual bags (just like a bag of crisps), also available in a larger sizes (more like rice cakes/Dutch Crispbreads) and are all packaged together.

Snack -a- Jacks contain less than than 10% fat and are therefore a healthier alternative to a lot of snacks.

They are made of rice and corn which I would think is much more nutritious than fried potatoe snacks. They have a crunchy texture similar to that of a rice cake

Snack-a-Jacks are available as a sweet or savoury snack as they come in a variety of different flavours-

Some of the flavours I have tried are-

Salt & Vinegar Flavour- a delicous savoury alternative to crisps
Toffee Flavour - a sweet crunchy snack that I use as an alternatice to chocolate or sugary snacks
Chocolate flavour- again a sweet and crunchy snack that is an alternative to a bar of chocolate.

Personally my favourite by far is salt and vinegar.

Sanck a Jacks cost around 50p for an individual bag or £1.20 for the larger ones. They are packaged well in distinctive colours (flavour depending) and are available almost anywhere

Summary: Yum Yum
