 ... swallow and the quality is a very good one, and they taste delicious, the breadcrumbs are golden brown and the texture of the crumbs is nice and soft, not at all hard like I first thought they would. I have lots of grandchildren who love to snack when they come to visit or stay and I love food and snacking as I have a big appetite and I saw these egg bites from the Sainsbury's Basics range of lower branded foods and thought I would give them a try. They come in a plastic carton with a pull off plastic topper and inside there are 12 small round balls around an inch and half in diameter and inside each ball is Pork Sausage meat filled with egg mayonnaise and coated with breadcrumbs, they are a decent size for a snack and each one is placed into an individual holder inside the carton to stay in place.
