We always have a cake in the office when it's someone's birthday and last week it was the turn of the Sainsbury's Seriously Chocolate Cake. Description A large chocolate cake (no, really?) covered and filled with chocolate ganache buttercream and with white and milk chocolate curls on the outside edge. It also has flat chocolate 'gift packages' as decoration on the top. The box says 16 servings and for once they are right as it is very rich. It did 10 people with generous portions at the birthday on Friday, me some 'seconds' five minutes ago, and I'm still sitting here looking at 1/4 of the cake.
