Advantages: Very strong in taste and different to any other crisp available.
Disadvantages: None I can think of.
Given a choice between sweet and savory then I will choose sweet everytime. I love my chocolate but when it comes to crisps I can take them or leave them, I don't actually eat a lot of crisps and will buy them for my husband and occassionally have the odd bag.
I usually buy Walkers as I think they are the best crisps you can buy but when I was in Tesco recently they had 2 multipacks for £2. So at a £1 per 6 pack I bought 1 pack of Sea Salt and Vinegar and 1 pack of Sea Salted. I have since tried both flavours and think they are really nice, nicer than Walkers in fact.
Seabrooks are famous for being crinkle cut potato crisps and for me personally I remember them as the crisps they used to sell in pubs. In the multipack you get 6 bags and they weigh 31.8g. This is actually a full sized bag which is great as with most multipack bags you only get a smaller version. They sell many different flavours and with all crisps the colour of the packet indicates what flavour you are eating.
Seabrooks have being making crisps since 1945 and pioneered the use of sea salt and sunflower oil. On the packet it actually lists all the flavours Seabrook has created and there is a lot, you can check it out on www.seabrookcrisps.com.
The crisps are made with selective ingredients and are cooked in pure sunflower oil, sprinkled with sea salt, are MSG free, vegetarian and lovingley cooked in Yorkshire, I never realised I came from the same place as Seabrooks.
When it comes to taste these crisps are loverly. I found both flavours I tried to be very strong in flavour and the crisps were nice and crunchy,as a crisp should be. They certainly left me wanting more and I will be buying them again.
The nutritional value is very much the same as other crisps, we all know crisps are exactly good for us. One bag contains 165 calories and 8.9g of fat.
I think these crisps are really great, they are different from anything else on the market, in both taste and appearance and as from now I might be changing my loyalty from Walkers and becoming a Seabrooks girl.
Summary: Great crisps.
